Payment
Online payment can only be made by a credit card (VISA/MASTER) in Japanese yen.
If you have missed the online registration deadline, payment can only be made in cash at the registration desk on site.
Please note that we will not accept credit card payment for the on-site registrations.

Refund Policy for Registration Fee
Cancellation of your registration will be accepted until September 15th, 2011. For the cancellation, you are requested to send us at: ISUILS Secretary: mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp, a letter with your name and the amount of the payment.
Please note that cancellation fee (credit card refund cost + handling costs) will be charged for the cancellation process. The fee will be deducted from the amount of your payment at the time of refund.
No requests for refunds will be accepted after September 15th, 2011.

Invited participants:
Rooms have already been booked for the invited participants of ISUILS10 on our side. Details will be sent to respective invited participants by the end of July.
Regular participants:
Accommodation for regular participants is available at the Steigenberger Hotel Thüringer Hof. Please click the button below and download the reservation form.

When you have filled out the form, please send it by e-mail or fax to Nippon Travel Agency no later than Wednesday, August 31. (E-mail address and fax number are as on the form.)
