Payment
Online payment can only be made by a credit card (VISA/MASTER) in Japanese yen.
If you have missed the deadline of the online registration, the payment can only be made in cash at the registration desk on site.
Please note that we will not accept credit card payment for on-site registrations.

Refund Policy for Registration Fee
Cancellation of your registration will be accepted until September 6th, 2013. For the cancellation, you are requested to send us at: ISUILS Secretary: mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp, a letter with your name and the amount of the payment.
Please note that 7,000JPY (approx. 70 USD/ 50 EUR) is charged for the cancellation process.
No requests for refunds will be accepted after September 6th, 2013.

You can register for an early-bird fee until July 30th, 2013.

  Free Discussion and Lab Tour
On the afternoon of October 9th, we are scheduling a free discussion session outside of Salamanca city. Please mark on the registration form your choice in participating in the program.
PLEASE NOTE: (i) Participation to the program requires a participation fee. The fee is payable from the web site along with the registration fee.
(ii) Dinner will not be served at the Colegio Fonseca that day.
On the afternoon of October 8th, a sponsors’ session and a tour of CLPU is scheduled. Please mark on your registration form whether you plan to attend the tour or not.

Hotel Reservation
For Regular participants:
We have blocked rooms for the participants at GRAN HOTEL CORONA SOL http://www.granhotelcoronasol.com/EN/hotel.html during the meeting.
Please make your hotel reservation by the end of August.

For Student participants:
Free accommodation available for student participants
The University of Salamanca is kindly sponsoring free rooms for students in their student residence halls during the symposium period. A total of 30 rooms are available in Colegio Mayor Oviedo and other college halls, all within walking distance from the symposium venue.

To apply for the student lodging, please send an email to the ISUILS Secretary (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) with (i) your name, (ii) affiliated organization/institution, (iii) arrival and departure dates, and (iv) the number of nights you will stay.
