The ISUILS7 will be held in Kyoto, Japan, during November 24th - 28th, 2008.
Kyoto has been the center of Japanese tradition and culture in Japan for many years. Among the many historical and beautiful sites, seventeen have been chosen as World Heritage Sites.
In Kyoto, November is the best month of the year for viewing the vibrant red maple leaves.
